Best play infected COD6
heart be rasing
Wow, talking about Call of Duty's Infected mode really gets my heart racing! It’s truly one of the most exhilarating and chaotic game types out there, and honestly, it’s where some of my absolute BEST PLAY moments have happened. If you haven't dived into the pure adrenaline rush of Infection, you're missing out. For those new to it, the premise is simple but brilliant: one player starts as the 'Infected' (often a zombified or knife-wielding character), and their goal is to eliminate and 'infect' all the human 'Survivors'. Every human they kill becomes an infected player themselves, turning the tide rapidly until either all players are infected, or a handful of humans manage to survive the entire round. It's a game of cat and mouse, but the mouse gets armed, and the cat gets a numbers advantage! My latest session felt like a scene out of an action movie. There I was, one of the last remaining survivors, and the infected horde was closing in. You know that feeling when your screen starts flashing red, and you can hear their heavy breathing getting closer? Pure panic! But that's when you have to go RELENTLESS. I remember strategically placing a few Blast Traps – those things are lifesavers, especially in tight corridors. Watching multiple infected players get taken out by a single well-placed trap? Chef's kiss! It led to an insane FRENZY KILL notification, which just pumps you up even more. If you're aiming to be the Final Survivor and claim that coveted WINNER'S CIRCLE spot in Infected, here are a few tips I've picked up from countless rounds: Stick Together, But Don't Clump: There's safety in numbers, but being too close makes you an easy target for a lucky throw or a quick melee dash. Find a defensible position with your teammates, but leave enough space to maneuver. High ground or areas with limited entry points are your best friends. Weapon Choice Matters: Shotguns are fantastic for close-quarters infected encounters, offering one-shot potential. LMGs or assault rifles with high ammo capacity are great for holding lines and suppressing waves. Don't forget your secondary – a reliable pistol can save you when your primary runs dry. Master Your Lethals & Tacticals: This is HUGE. As a human, Claymores, Proximity Mines, and especially Blast Traps can create crucial choke points and give you early warning or free kills. Stun grenades or flashbangs can buy you precious seconds to escape or reload. Use them wisely, not just to spam. As the Infected, Be Relentless: Don't just rush in blindly. Coordinate with your fellow infected (if possible) and try to flank. Overwhelm the humans from multiple angles. Sometimes, sacrificing yourself to break a human defense can open up opportunities for your teammates to get in. The goal is to spread the infection, not just get individual kills. Map Knowledge is Key: Every map has its strongholds and weak points. Learn them! Knowing where to set up defenses as a human, or where to breach as an infected, can drastically change the outcome of a round. Getting that "Final Survivor" title and seeing your name in the "WINNER'S CIRCLE" after a tense Call of Duty Infected match is incredibly satisfying. It's not just about raw aim; it's about strategy, nerves of steel, and sometimes, a little bit of luck with those Blast Trap placements! So next time you log on, give Infection mode a try. You might just have your own "BEST PLAY" moment waiting!
