Inconsistent results

This is a very transparent post for me

The first pic was about 3 years ago when I started my journey. Little waist, little everything.

I birthed 2 kids already and this was the “thickest” I’d ever been

Fast forward to a couple of months ago in the second pic.

about a year or so ago I reached my ideal body. (Big booty, semi small waist, good strong legs)

But because I stopped going to the gym and tossed my diet and good habits away. I gained weight.

No one really tells you that while he’s achieving your goals are amazing, but fitness is a lifestyle. It’s not a check mark type of thing.

So now I’m focused on losing fat and gaining muscle.

Loosing my belly and eating healthier 😭😭

So far I’ve given up chocolate milk, sweet tea, soda, and almost all sweets 😭

... Read moreIn a world where fitness trends often prioritize quick results, it’s vital to recognize that achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle requires dedication and hard work over time. After my personal journey of fluctuations in weight and body composition, I’ve come to understand that it's not merely about temporary success but cultivating habits that promote overall wellness. Fitness involves a holistic approach – physical activity, balanced nutrition, and mental health all play key roles. When I initially achieved my fitness goals, I felt confident and empowered. However, once I relaxed my routine, I noticed changes that reminded me of the importance of consistency in all areas of health. As I work towards my current goal of fat loss and muscle gain, I reflect on the essential habits I’ve chosen to adopt, including healthier eating, regular exercise, and mindful choices about what I fuel my body with. I’ve even eliminated sugary drinks and other sweet temptations to help steer myself back on track. Sharing my experience encourages others to embrace their vulnerabilities and challenges, understanding that everyone has moments of inconsistency. It’s important to find a supportive community, and platforms like #Lemon8 provide the opportunity to connect with others on their fitness journeys. Whether you’re just starting out or working to regain your momentum, remember that the key to success is persistence and the right mindset. Let’s inspire each other to prioritize fitness as a lifelong commitment!
