Fav K-Hiphop Artists & Rappers
Here’s my favorite K-Hip Hop artists & Rappers ➡️Ranked
Sik-K💛:
I started listening to Sik-K after watching the H1GHR MUSIC documentary on YouTube. I like his vibe and his music. I rather his features on most songs to be honest. His use of autotune can be a bit much for me sometimes.
A few fav songs of his and his features are: JOE, Iffy, GIDDY UP, ADDICT, party, FL1P, & The Fearless Ones.
pH-1🏡:
I don’t remember what led me to listening to pH-1 but I really like how chill he is.. his music is pretty chill as well. The Island Kid Ep is pretty good 👍🏽. Antisocial and Cupid are two of my fav songs by him.
Jessi💋:
I feel like even though she finally getting the recognition she deserves, people took too long to stop looking over her. I love her personality, she really don’t care what she say or how she say it.. lol. Fav songs: Who Dat B, Cold Blooded, K.B.B, Gucci, & Numb.
Gaeko🖤:
I haven’t came across any Gaeko songs I didn’t like, all his features are always good as well. I actually started listening to Gaeko because of his feature on DEAN’s 130 Mood: TRBL album in 2017.
ZICO🔱:
The first song I heard by ZICO was BERMUDA TRIANGLE with DEAN and Crush. After that I went down a ZICO rabbit hole.. lol. This man can rap, okay? He also produces A LOT of music by K-pop artists/groups. I think his music isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but he has some great music. Just to name a few of my favs: BERMUDA TRIANGLE, ANTI, VENI VIDI VICI, Human, Predator, No You Can’t, & Extreme.
CL🍒:
The Queen🙇🏽♀️.. her comeback in 2021 was everything for me! I love all CL’s solo music.. I didn’t get a chance to witness her greatness with 2NE1, but I first heard of her prior to getting into K-pop. At that time I had no idea she was a K-Pop artist. After I saw her mv for “Lifted” I was sold.
CHANGMO🥷🏻:
Covid lockdown had me watching Show Me The Money episodes on YouTube.. which is what started my obsession with CHANGMO 🥲.. I really like his voice for some reason, he can also rap really well. Some of my fav songs: Swoosh Flow, Selfmade Orange, Maestro, Band, & The Fearless Ones.
YEAR OF THE OX🐂:
LyRicks.. LyRicks.. his name really speaks for itself. LyRicks and JL are true to that old school hip hop vibe. I had a hard time ranking YOX because I really feel like in terms of lyricism they are number 1. I honestly gave them 2 because I heard REDDY’s music before theirs. If you haven’t heard of them and you like old school hip hop. PLEASE check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
REDDY😎:
Covid lockdown also led me to going on a K-Hip hop journey.. that is how I heard of REDDY. The first song was “I Was a Boom Bap Kid on “500000” album. “500000” & “eightyfivesoul” - ep are top tier old school hip hip vibes.
