Honestly, 11/10! My first day, and I took one (as instructed) when I got up a little before 10AM and before I ate anything and I have had no appetite all day! I had to make myself eat a snack at least around 2:30 but my stomach has not growled all day! lol these things are magical and I feel with the proper workout and diet, I can definitely lose weight easily with the help of these. Olly’s been doing their thing lately!

Oh and these are the snappy apple flavor, and are absolutely delicious! I don’t even like apples fr lol. 🍎😋
