Using products rich in natural ingredients like lavender, shea butter, and essential oils creates a spa-like experience at home. For example, applying the Jergens scented body lotion with shea butter and vitamin E deeply nourishes my skin and the lavender scent promotes relaxation. Adding a bath with Dr Teal's Pure Epsom Salt infused with magnesium and orange flower essential oils creates a therapeutic soak that eases muscle tension and quiets the mind. After the bath, I use a shea sugar scrub from Tree Hut to gently exfoliate, leaving my skin feeling soft and refreshed. These small self-care wins not only improve my skin health but also prepare me for a restful evening. The combination of soothing lavender and minerals helps signal to my body that it’s time to wind down. Over time, establishing this Friday night ritual has helped me improve my sleep quality and overall well-being. I highly recommend trying these natural ingredients in your nighttime routine for a peaceful end to your week.
