unhealthy vegan meal time✨
trying to go into healthy mode for 2025 so ill work on it...
but this is how i fix up my buldak ramen 😤 🤭
🥑 sometimes i add avocados
🧀 i sometimes add cheese or nutritional yeast
🥩 if i have chorizo which is vegan (usually made with soy), then i add it.
🌶 any spices i like: garlic, onion, turmeric
this is just a simple meal for when i get home and im tired af 😴 😩
but if i wanna be healthy i need to stop with buldak, no sugar or processed items. i will lose some booty fat but thats the point of being healthy i guess lol 😆

If you're a fan of vegan comfort food, buldak ramen can be a delightful option. While traditionally spicy and savory, it can be customized to fit a healthier lifestyle. Adding ingredients like avocado provides healthy fats, while nutritional yeast enhances flavor without adding unhealthy fats. Chorizo, commonly made from soy, delivers protein without animal products. Spices such as turmeric, garlic, and onion not only lend flavor but also offer various health benefits, making your meal nutritious as well as delicious. As you embark on a journey toward a healthier 2025, consider balancing your meals with more whole foods and less processed items. Try swapping out the ramen for whole grains or incorporating more vegetables into your dish. Monitoring sugar intake and making gradual changes can lead to long-term benefits for your health. Engaging with communities on platforms like social media can provide encouragement and new ideas for healthy eating. Whether you decide to cook at home or indulge in takeout, it's all about enjoying the process and creating meals that satisfy your cravings while nourishing your body.
