My thoughts on Bosscosmetics viral lipgloss

I finally gave in and bought the viral TikTok lipgloss Brand:Bosscosmetics 💰Price:$12.99 My thoughts on it. It’s not bad and I waited couple minutes for it to set in and added more and it didn’t get as pink as I wanted. It’s not bad, but it’s also okay. 👍Pros: It goes based on you PH, so the range is different from everyone. 🤔Cons: The price and it’s okay. I am glad that I got to support a woman owed business and she’s very young also. 🩷#lemon8diarychallenge #fyp #lipgloss #beautyfinds #Lippies #beauty

After trying it myself, I've got some extra thoughts on making any lipgloss look its best, and how this one specifically plays out on my lips! When I first applied it to my bare lips, I was looking for that instant 'wow' factor. Like many pH-reactive glosses, it started clear and then developed a subtle pink tint. Honestly, initially, I wanted a more dramatic pronounced pink hue, which the original post mentioned too. But here's what I learned through experimenting: Tips for Maximizing the 'Beautiful' Factor of pH-Reactive Lipglosses: Prep Your Pout: For any lipgloss to look truly beautiful, your lips need to be prepped. I always make sure my lips are exfoliated and moisturized. A smooth base really lets the shimmery lipgloss shine and prevents it from settling into fine lines. This makes a huge difference in the overall glossy finish. Layering is Key: If you're like me and crave a deeper tint, don't be afraid to layer! I found that after waiting a few minutes for the first application to react, adding a second or even third coat intensified the color significantly. That's how I achieved a more pronounced pink hue and a higher high-shine finish that felt much more 'beautiful' to me. It really builds up the impact. Consider Your Natural Lip Color: Since it's pH-reactive, everyone's 'beautiful' pink will be unique. What might be subtle on me could be vibrant on you! I actually love this uniqueness, as it makes the gloss feel personalized. It gives you your perfect shade of pink, and that's beautiful in itself. Pairing with Lip Liners: For an even more defined and beautiful look, sometimes I'll use a nude or pink lip liner underneath. It helps create a clearer edge and can enhance the natural shape of your lips, making the gloss pop even more. This also helps if you want to guide the final pink shade slightly. The 'Glass Skin' Effect for Lips: This gloss really gives that plump, wet-look glossy finish that's so popular right now. To truly appreciate its beauty, I sometimes just focus on that incredible shine. It makes lips look fuller and healthier, which is a big part of what makes lipgloss beautiful. The light just bounces off it! Beyond just the color, the high-shine and comfortable feel of this gloss contribute to its appeal. While I initially wished for a stronger pink, I realized that its subtle transformation and incredible shine are what make it uniquely beautiful. It's not about a universal 'beautiful' but discovering what looks best on your lips, and how this gloss brings out that natural beauty. Plus, knowing I'm supporting a young, woman-owned business adds another layer of appreciation to the product. It’s a beautiful thought, inside and out!
