So been drinking these, as mentioned in a previous post. Here is my routine…
Morning… Make me a cup. Boil 1 of each with about a half gallon of water, drink warm
Lunch, eat regular… no soda but im not gone lie, sometimes I cheat with a Dr Pepper
Snack.., nuts and fruit
Dinner… something small if hungry but I hardly ever have an appetite for dinner. Be mindful, never eat heavy before bedtime. Think small. In 1 week I lost 6lbs. Fruit is very beneficial for weight lost. No workout is needed unless u need to tone up. Just train your appetite.
