One key focus for me has been pelvic floor work, which has been especially important in my post-surgery recovery journey. Strengthening and calming the pelvic floor can improve core stability, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall quality of life. Incorporating pelvic floor exercises into my evening routine not only promotes healing but also helps me reconnect with my body after a long day. Alongside these exercises, I use red light therapy—a technique known for its calming effects on the nervous system and its ability to promote tissue repair. This combination has made a significant difference in how I feel, easing tension and fostering relaxation. Using a stationary bike is another way I stay active on busy days. Cycling is a low-impact exercise that helps me reach my fitness goals without putting excessive strain on my body. Ending my Monday with these mindful activities allows me to de-stress, improve circulation, and prepare for the week ahead.
