✨ 2023 ➡️ 2024 ➡️ 2025 — Progress, Not Perfection ✨

Swipe through my timeline — same girl, stronger mindset, and one hell of a lot of sweat and discipline later. 💪

The girl in 2023? She was just getting started. She wanted change, but didn’t know where to begin.

2024? She found her spark again — new routines, new habits, new confidence.

2025? She’s still chasing her goals, but now… she believes in herself. 💥

It’s not magic, it’s work, and it’s fueled by showing up every single day — even when it’s hard, even when no one’s clapping for you… yet.

Here’s the Workout & Diet Plan that’s been working for me:

🥗 Simple, Real-Life Diet:

✔️ High-protein meals — lean meats, eggs, cottage cheese, protein shakes (I love @1stPhorm for that 💙)

✔️ Healthy fats — avocado, olive oil, nuts

✔️ Complex carbs — sweet potatoes, rice, veggies

✔️ LOTS of water — minimum 80oz daily

✔️ Cut the processed junk (but leave room for life — balance, not punishment!)

🏋️‍♀️ Weekly Workout Plan:

Monday: Upper Body (shoulders, back, arms)

Tuesday: Lower Body (glutes, quads, hamstrings)

Wednesday: Cardio + Core

Thursday: Upper Body (focus on strength)

Friday: Lower Body (heavy lifts)

Saturday: Active rest — walk, swim, light yoga

Sunday: Full rest — recovery is key!

💥 Supplements I Use:

✔️ 1st Phorm Protein

✔️ Opti-Greens

✔️ Creatine & Preworkout (optional, depending on the day)

If no one’s told you today — start messy, start small, but START. Your future self will thank you. 🫶✨

... Read moreEmbarking on a transformation journey can be both exciting and daunting. The focus should always be on progress over perfection. For those beginning their fitness or diet plans, starting with simple, sustainable habits can make a significant difference. Instead of drastic changes, adopt a balanced approach. Incorporating high-protein meals helps build muscle and promotes satiety, while healthy fats like avocados and nuts provide essential nutrients and energy. Complex carbohydrates from sweet potatoes and vegetables fuel workouts and recovery. Hydration plays a crucial role in any fitness journey; aim for at least 80 ounces of water daily to support metabolism and overall health. Moreover, having a structured workout plan enhances accountability and consistency. A balanced weekly routine that includes strength training, cardio, and rest days optimally supports muscle recovery and growth. For those who wish to incorporate supplements, reputable brands like 1st Phorm can provide protein and greens options that complement dietary needs. Remember, every individual’s journey is unique, and it’s essential to listen to your body. Celebrate small victories and remember that self-compassion is key along the way. Start today; your future self will thank you!
