Maui Zaui & Kim B. Crouch Red Bluff Round Up 2024

The Red Bluff Round Up 2024 was an incredible experience, even with its ups and downs. That picture Fernando Sam-Sin captured perfectly shows the intensity of the moment – me in my gold sequined shirt and sturdy jeans, Maui Zaui with her red leg wraps, making that sharp turn around the barrel, dirt flying everywhere! It's a snapshot of pure adrenaline and effort. After that specific race, where Maui got a bit nervous, I knew we had to go back to the drawing board. It's not just about her; it's about our partnership. When she gets anxious, so do I, and vice-versa. We’ve been focusing on building her confidence in the alleyway and making sure she feels secure and ready before we even enter the arena.
