In the past, we thought that if we wanted to treat puppets, forbidden desserts, fries, or less-than-healthy foods,
But when actually doing it, it turns out that the more you forbid yourself, the more you want to eat and are not happy (used to crack and eat more)
What we change at all is not to give up eating our favorite, but to change the order of eating instead.
If there is a main meal and something you want to eat, we will choose protein, vegetables, or useful foods first and then eat what you want.
Enough to eat useful things first.
The body begins to be full > hunger decreases = causes it to eat less of what it really wants to eat. 🥗🥕
The advantage is that we also eat what we like, not constantly forbidding or depressing ourselves, but the body receives nutrients that are more useful than those that are useless.
Another favorite thing is to be able to eat with friends and family normally, not to stress every menu on the table, and to enjoy the food and people around you fully. 🤍
As you keep doing this, things change not just about puppets, but our eating habits.
We began to pick up useful foods more often, and the amount of unhealthy eating gradually decreased.
For us, sustainable health care is not to ban everything itself, but to find a way to fit into one's own life and do it in the long run.
