It’s important to be gentle, avoiding strain, to maximize the benefits without tension. Seated twists are another favorite, as they gently decompress the spine and encourage lymph drainage along the torso. I learned to inhale deeply during the twist and exhale slowly, which enhances relaxation and prevents holding the breath—a common mistake. Puppy Pose, with arms extended forward and chest lowered, provides a soothing stretch that supports lymph movement in the upper body while calming the nervous system. Spending just 5 to 10 minutes in these poses daily created a noticeable reduction in inflammation and boosted my circulation.
