子連れでMinnを選ぶなら、予約前に「何が部屋にあるか」を先に確認しておくと満足度が上がります。私がMinn 河原町五条リバーサイドで助かったのは、ドラム式洗濯機＋浴室乾燥のセット。子どもって飲み物こぼす・汗かく・汚すのフルコンボなので、夜に洗濯→朝にはほぼ乾いてるだけで着替えの持参枚数を減らせました。「暮らせるホテル」ってこういうことか…と実感。 あと、キッチンがあると“ごはん問題”が一気にラクになります。外食だと待ち時間や子どもの気分でバタつくけど、デパ地下やスーパーで買ってお部屋ごはんにするとペースが崩れにくいです。電子レンジがあるだけでも離乳食や温め直しができて、ストレスがかなり減りました。食器や簡単な調理器具が揃っているかもチェックポイントです。 立地面では、京阪「清水五条」から近いのが本当に便利。ベビーカー移動でも“駅から遠い”だけで疲れ方が違います。しかも鴨川沿いで静かなので、夜は子どもが寝つきやすかった印象。観光は清水寺・祇園・八坂神社あたりを徒歩で回せて、移動に追われないのが子連れ旅に向いていました。 家族向け・キッズフレンドリー目線での持ち物アドバイスも少し。洗濯できる前提なら、服は「圧縮しすぎず2日分＋予備1」くらいが安心。洗剤は備え付けがない場合もあるので、トラベル用を1つ持っていくとスムーズです。YouTubeが見られるテレビは、チェックイン後の“落ち着く時間”にかなり助かりました（親子で大興奮）。 最後に、Minnは同じブランドでも部屋タイプで広さや設備が違うことがあるので、「ファミリールーム」「最大何名まで」「ベッド数」「水回り（乾燥機・浴室乾燥）」は必ず確認。ここが押さえられていれば、京都の子連れ宿としてかなり心強い選択肢になると思います。
