Monday Momentum KKP 67 Volume 6

Happy Monday. Here is your charge for the week ahead.

James 2:17 does not leave any room for comfortable Christianity: *"Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone."*

Dead faith is not atheism. It is belief that never moves. It is the person who prays for open doors and never walks toward them. Who trusts God for provision but never takes the step that positions them to receive it. Who believes in the calling but keeps waiting for conditions to be perfect before acting on it.

Because if faith never takes a step — was it ever really faith?

Noah built the ark before the rain came. Abraham left before he knew where he was going. Peter got out of the boat before the water proved solid. Every one of them took a godly risk — not a reckless one, but a faith-fueled one that required God's involvement to succeed.

This week — move. Take the godly risk God is waiting for you to take. 🔴

... Read moreFrom my own journey, I've realized that faith truly comes alive when paired with action. It’s natural to wait for the ‘perfect’ moment or clear signs before making a move, but the stories of Noah, Abraham, and Peter challenge us to trust God even when the path is uncertain. One practical way I embrace godly risk is by setting small, intentional steps toward my goals, even if I don’t have all answers upfront. For example, when I felt called to start a new ministry outreach but didn’t yet have resources, I prayed and took the initial steps by gathering a small team and sharing the vision. This faith-driven step opened doors I hadn’t anticipated. The Kingdom Key Points emphasize using what God has already given you and making the first move rather than waiting passively. Ecclesiastes 11:4 advises not to wait for perfect conditions; instead, step out in faith, trusting that God will guide your path. Another lesson is the power of community in encouraging faith-based action. Joining groups like the Kingdom community mentioned allows sharing experiences and gaining wisdom that propels us forward. If you find yourself hesitant, remember that faith’s power is not in knowing the outcome but in trusting the One who leads. Taking those faith-fueled risks can transform your spiritual walk and everyday life. Start this week by saying “yes” to one step God is prompting you to take—even if it’s just a small move—and watch how He brings increase and favor as promised in Proverbs 16:9 and Luke 16:10. Faith that moves is alive and dynamic. Let this Monday Momentum energize you to act boldly and live significantly.
