🌾 Strength for Today

Some of you are trying to carry life in your own strength again.

You’ve been pushing through exhaustion…

silencing your emotions…

pretending you’re okay…

trying to hold everything together by yourself.

But God never asked you to survive disconnected from Him.

Isaiah 40 says:

“He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.”

— Isaiah 40:29 NLT

Notice who receives strength:

The weak.

The weary.

The overwhelmed.

Not the people pretending they have it all together.

Some of us think dependence on God means failure when really it’s where true strength begins.

The Shepherd already knows where you’re tired.

He sees the mental exhaustion.

The emotional heaviness.

The silent battles nobody else notices.

And He is not disappointed in your weakness.

He wants to meet you in it.

You do not have to force yourself through today alone.

You do not have to carry tomorrow before it gets here.

You do not have to prove your worth through burnout.

God’s strength was never meant only for emergencies.

It’s for everyday life.

So today…

slow down.

Breathe again.

Pray again.

Lean on Him again.

The same God who carried you before will carry you now too.
