Hey Kings and Queens! I’m here to motivate you each and everyday! I know it can be hard to start but I was at 235 pounds and it started with ME! Consistency, guidance, and determination and now at 200.9 pounds! My goal is to work with everyone to push them through the days we don’t wanna go
