Despite the small scale, the support from customers showing up to livestreams or purchasing regularly has been heartwarming and motivating. Through Kintsugi, I've learned so much—not just about tea production but about the value in creating a supportive niche business. This brand is still a work in progress, and while I personally continue to manage some skin issues, the positive feedback from customers who found matcha that suits their tastes and lifestyles is incredibly rewarding.
