GLP 1 journey

This is my second shot update, I didn’t have any side effects so far. I did a lot of research on avoiding them so I will share what I found.

Drink water- I drink probably 96oz, and I also use liquid IV in them

I eat 100-120 grams of protein a day

I take GLP 1 vitamin pack from natures made

I usually do miralax in my coffee in the morning or whatever I drink first.

Protein Shakes is usually my breakfast cause I’m always running out the door in the morning.

Protein intake is another game changer. Consuming 100-120 grams of protein daily has helped me maintain muscle mass and keep hunger at bay. For busy mornings, protein shakes are a convenient and nutritious choice when time is limited. In addition, incorporating supplements such as GLP-1 vitamin packs can support nutritional balance. For me, taking a Nature’s Made vitamin pack added the necessary micronutrients to my routine. A unique tip I found helpful is using Miralax in my morning coffee or first drink. This supports digestive health and helps prevent common gastrointestinal side effects linked to GLP-1 medications. These strategies combined have not only minimized side effects but also kept me energized and focused on my fitness goals. If you're considering or currently on GLP-1, these tips might help you enjoy a smoother and more effective treatment experience.
