Healthy Breakfast Ideas!!!
I try to start my morning with high fiber and carb. High fiber just to get digestion going, and high carb for energy for the day. Protein is also important to get in, but breakfast for me doesn’t have to be super high in protein (at least 15-20g of protein)
Idea 1: 2 feta eggs with cottage cheese and fruit with hemp seed hearts and honey
Idea 2: chia seed pudding with protein powder, strawberries, Greek yogurt
Idea 3: cottage cheese at the bottom, fruit with honey and cinnamon
** I usually eat this as pre-workout snack, with less cottage cheese
Let me know if you try! These meals are really simple to make, but are very satisfying.

A healthy breakfast sets the tone for your day, and it’s crucial to fuel your body with the right nutrients. Incorporating foods high in fiber and healthy carbs can improve digestion and provide sustained energy. In addition to the ideas shared, consider adding oats, avocado toast, or smoothies to your morning routine. Overnight oats are also a great option; they can be prepared in advance and customized with various toppings like nuts, seeds, or dairy-free yogurt. This versatility enables you to enjoy a different flavor every morning while ensuring you receive the nutrients necessary to get through the day. For those seeking protein, consider adding sources like almond butter or Greek yogurt, both excellent for growth and repair. Furthermore, you can mix in superfoods like spirulina or flaxseeds to enhance your meals further. Remember, a balanced breakfast doesn’t just make you feel good, it also contributes to overall health, supporting weight management and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.
