私が「欧風菓子 白鳥」をリピートしている理由は、ケーキ屋さん併設の喫茶店で“買う”だけじゃなく“その場で食べられる”ところ。中板橋駅から徒歩1分で着くので、週末のカフェ探しや手土産探しにも使いやすいです。 名物のスワンシュークリームは、写真で見る以上に立体感があって本当に芸術的。首や羽の部分まできれいに作られていて、運ばれてきた瞬間テンションが上がります。食感はサクッと軽めで、クリームも重すぎない印象。甘いものが得意じゃない日でも食べやすいので、「シュークリーム 白鳥」で迷っている人にはまずこれを推したいです。 あと、レビューとして強く書いておきたいのが2階の喫茶スペースの便利さ。ショーケースで見ていたケーキをそのまま席で注文できて、“できたてのケーキをいただける”感じがちょっと特別。混み具合も日によりますが、私の体感だと土日でも待たずに入れることが多く、静かめで落ち着いて食べられました。 暑い時期に必ず頼んでみてほしいのがヨーグルトフロート。ヨーグルトドリンク＋ソフトクリームにメロンが合わさっていて、さっぱりとしていて今の時期にぴったりです。甘さだけじゃなく酸味もあるので、シュークリームと一緒でも口がリセットされて最後まで飽きません。 初めて行く人向けの小さなコツも。シューは形が繊細なので、持ち帰りなら水平に持てる袋で大事に運ぶのがおすすめ。店内利用なら、先にショーケースをざっと見て「スワンシュー＋ドリンク（またはフロート）」の組み合わせにすると満足度が高いです。 「スワンシュークリーム 東京」「中板橋 白鳥」「白鳥カフェ」で探しているなら、レトロさとかわいさ、実用性（駅近・喫茶あり）がそろった一軒。次は別のケーキも試しつつ、結局スワンシューにも戻ってしまいそうです。
