Business Building
You can realistically go from idea → income in 90 days.
Starting a business can seem overwhelming, but breaking it down into focused monthly goals makes the process manageable and actionable. In the first month, dedicating time to idea validation is crucial. This means thoroughly researching your market, defining your target customer, and identifying real problems your product or service can solve. During this phase, I found it incredibly helpful to keep a journal of potential competitors and what made my offer unique — this helped shape a clear value proposition. The second month focuses on creating your offer and preparing for launch. Here, you set your pricing based on market feedback and start sharing your content to attract interest. When I launched my first offer, I prioritized authenticity in communication—sharing my story and the problem I aimed to solve helped build trust with my early audience. Social media platforms and communities, like those tagged #Bossbabe and #StartYourBusiness, can be excellent places to network and find support. By the third month, research and networking become vital to ensure your business not only launches but sustains momentum. Connecting with customers and industry peers provides insights that improve your offer and expand your reach. Personally, engaging in forums and attending webinars helped me refine my approach and unlock valuable partnerships. This structured approach, dividing the journey into Idea + Validation, Create Offer + Launch, and Research + Networking, helps transform scattered thoughts into a clear, income-generating business within 90 days. Taking consistent, focused actions each month builds confidence and moves your business forward with measurable results.
