This Tuesday marks the anniversary of losing my pillar, my rock, My Mother. I know better than to sink into a rabbit hole.. or allow my emotions to make me eat less.. or slack on my beauty routines. I have never liked exercising, luckily music and dancing is the only way I can remain disciplined throughout. My focus is just my core and my lower body. Now that I’ve lost much weight, my peach is more prominent. 🍑 BrightSide
My mother’s nickname was Mojo
Underneath the sweater, I am wearing a transdermal supplement by @Kind Patches USA I selected the MOJO patch. Ironically it’s supposed to uplift refocus and revitalize.
I’m UP!
I think I’ve said enough 💜

Losing a loved one is profoundly challenging, and many find it hard to maintain their routines during such times. One effective way to cope and keep moving forward is by integrating activities you genuinely enjoy, like music and dance. Not only do they uplift the spirit, but they provide a natural motivation to stay active without feeling like a chore. Focusing on core and lower body workouts—especially targeting the glutes—can greatly enhance physical health and boost self-confidence. Exercises that activate your glutes, such as squats and lunges, improve posture and help sculpt a well-defined lower body. For those dealing with weight loss and emotional stress, celebrating these physical changes, like a more prominent peach, serves as rewarding progress to stay motivated. In addition to physical activity, supplementing your wellness routine with products like Kind Patches’ Mojo transdermal patch can offer a subtle but effective boost. Designed to uplift, refocus, and revitalize, such supplements complement your efforts by supporting mental clarity and energy levels throughout the day. Remember, every mood—whether good or bad—can be channeled into a Vastus Lateralis day, focusing on muscle strength and endurance. Incorporating mood-boosting rituals and consistent workouts fosters resilience, both physically and emotionally. Ultimately, honoring someone’s memory through self-care, motivation, and perseverance can transform grief into strength. It’s a heartfelt journey of healing that embraces both the mind and body, allowing us to stay UP and moving forward.
