[How to make]
① Melt the chocolate in a water bath, pour it into a silicone mold, pinch it tightly and put it only on the edge.
② Add marshmallows and freeze-dried strawberries.

Heat in the microwave at 500W for 10-20 seconds. As a guide, the marshmallow will swell.
③ Put the chocolate on top, cover and cool in the refrigerator to harden.
④ Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, add the chocolate pigment, and color it pink.
⑤ When it hardens well, take out the chocolate from the mold, add the chocolate from ④ and top with freeze-dried strawberry.
