Ok guys! So normally I make the biscuits from scratch. But I wanted to do something nice and quick. So I used pillsbury biscuits.

I cleaned the chicken breast in water, vinegar, and lemon. Drained pat dry, applied virgin olive oil so the seasonings would stick. Use seasonings to your liking. I used Garlic powder, onion powder, Kinders firewood garlic seasoning, black pepper, mustard. Ok now boom 💥 get some self rising flour about 2 cups depends on how many chicken breast you’re cooking. Get a bowl crack open two eggs mix well so you can coat the chicken with self rising flour and egg to make sure you’re chicken comes out crispy. Once you dipped the chicken breast in both let rest for about 20 mins. For a faster process I put in the freezer for about 10 mins. (Sorry I don’t measure; my granny taught me this way.) fry your chicken breast in whatever oil you prefer, I used canola oil and the temp was 350 degrees med heat fry on each side for about 4 mins it’s really your preference on how crispy you want your chicken to be. Once done frying let rest. Your bury biscuits has directions for you. I used raw honey 🍯 to top over the biscuits and chicken. N boom you’re done! I hope this helps everyone.
