Salmon Croquette 🍣

Salmon Croquettes were so yummy! I used one can of Pink salmon (if you buy in a can you will have bones to remove). I diced up some sweet onion, red & green bell peppers, added two eggs, plain bread crumbs, and I seasoned the salmon with Cajun, slap ya mama, garlic powder. (Use the seasonings that you like) mix all ingredients in a bowl. The bread crumbs help bind the salmon croquettes. Grease temp should be 350 degrees.
