Short Ribs PT 2

First I clean my short ribs with water, vinegar, and lemon.

I cut some fat off, pat dry then add olive oil and then I add my seasonings of choice which are in the picture.

Then I added Worcestershire sauce and( kitchen bouquet for coloring of them which will have them so delicious looking.

I add butter and olive oil to the pan to sear them, I remove then add more butter, beef bouillon and purified water, fresh garlic, shallot, onions, green and red bell pepper.

Cooking wine, then I add the short ribs back in cook for about 40 mins on top of the stove then in the oven for about 35 mins on 375. #ribsrecipe #lemon8creator #recipeideas 👍Pros :
