Realistic what I eat in a day
Balance is always key!!
I wasn’t hungry until later in the day so I skipped breakfast.
Lunch was a veggie sandwich (toasted Dave’s Killer 21grain thin sliced bread with hummus and ricotta, sautéed mushroom, fresh spinach, tomato, cucumber and sprouts) with celery and carrots dipped in a homemade ranch dip. And about a third of the sorbet (frozen blue berries and strawberries, lemon juice, lime juice and honey)
Dinner was a fettuccine Alfredo with tomato, bell pepper, mushroom, and sun dried peppers. Caesar salad and a piece of garlic bread.
I split the cannoli with my mama for dessert :)
Incorporating balance in your diet can be an enjoyable journey. By focusing on wholesome ingredients, you can create meals that not only satisfy your cravings but also promote health. A veggie sandwich made with whole grain bread, hummus, and fresh veggies is a great lunch option to keep you energized. For dinner, fettuccine Alfredo with colorful vegetables adds both flavor and nutrition to your plate. Don't forget about the power of healthy snacks! Celery and carrots with a homemade ranch dip are perfect to munch on during the day. For dessert lovers, sharing a cannoli can make a delightful end to your meal without the guilt. Remember, it's essential to listen to your body and eat when you're hungry, while also enjoying the process of discovering new meal ideas that align with your health goals.
