Why I don’t calorie count

•I quickly become obsessed with numbers and begin restricting

•I can see the same results without counting calories by eating cleaner, drinking enough water, and listening to my body by eating intuitively.

If you count calories and can do so in healthy way, that’s awesome!

But as someone who has never had a healthy relationship with food, calorie restriction is simply unrealistic for me and quickly becomes unhealthy both mentally and physically.
