Selamat Hari Raya from all of us at KITH ✨🌙

Maaf Zahir dan Batin 💚
Hari Raya Aidilfitri, also known simply as Aidilfitri, marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. It is a time of happiness, forgiveness, and renewal, where families and friends gather to share festive meals and celebrate together. During this special occasion, it’s common to see people wearing traditional attire such as Baju Melayu and Baju Kurung, visiting each other’s homes to seek forgiveness and strengthen bonds. Typical foods enjoyed during Aidilfitri include ketupat (rice cakes), rendang (spiced meat stew), and a variety of sweet treats. What makes Hari Raya truly meaningful is the spirit of Maaf Zahir dan Batin, an expression seeking forgiveness for any physical and emotional wrongdoings throughout the year. It reminds us of the importance of compassion, humility, and unity. From my experience celebrating Hari Raya, one of the most heartwarming moments is gathering around the table with family, sharing stories and laughter while enjoying traditional dishes that have been lovingly prepared. This festive season is not just about the food or celebrations, but also about reconnecting with loved ones and embracing peace and gratitude in our hearts. Whether you are observing Hari Raya or joining friends in celebration, embracing the spirit of goodwill and togetherness makes this festival truly special. Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Maaf Zahir dan Batin to all! May this festive season bring you abundant blessings, warmth, and meaningful moments.
