📌 First car sales experience

When I started selling new cars, I had to say I was excited and worried, because that's how we wanted to prove ourselves, "We can do this."

My first client was a small family, a husband and wife, with one child. I remember that my little sister smiled so well that the atmosphere was not stressful. At that time I tried to explain everything in the most detail: promotions, car details, financing documents, even in my heart, afraid of talking wrong, afraid that my client caught us as a rookie.

After a while, I saw a customer who started to trust, and he felt that we were sincere, not just talking to close the sale, but trying to choose what really suited him.

Until the end... the day the customer decided to sign the reservation, oh, it was an inexplicable feeling. It was like winning something, thank you, and relief, like a big mountain that fell on us.

The day the customer picked up the car, I prepared a little something as a thank you, and just seeing the family smile when I picked up the car, I realized, "This is the pleasure of being a car cell." 🥹
