This statement serves to confirm the lawful acquisition and preparation for shipment of my pets, in accordance with the relevant animal health and transportation regulations.
The pets were obtained from a verified and reputable source that adheres to all applicable standards of animal welfare, health certification, and ownership documentation. Following acquisition, each animal underwent a comprehensive veterinary examination conducted by a licensed veterinarian to verify health status and fitness for travel. All required vaccinations, deworming, and microchipping have been completed in accordance with both local and international veterinary requirements.
