Drawbacks: he basically can’t physically touch anything without his gloves, and when he does switch with someone else- he’d be bombarded with the memories of said person, and it lasts until he touches his body again. And whatever injuries he gets on that body or his own, he still feels. So if he hits himself, he’d fell it to some degree- and if someone were to hypothetically kill him when he’s not in his body- he’d die by default
