I noticed that prioritizing tasks and tackling the most demanding ones first reduced stress and prevented procrastination. It’s also important to 'look again' at how you’re managing your work habits regularly. Sometimes small adjustments, like changing your work hours to when you feel most alert or adding short mindfulness exercises, can improve overall productivity and wellbeing. Overall, developing a personalized approach with these techniques can transform your working experience and help you achieve better results with less burnout.
