🚗Go hunting for the fog @ Eong Ngong-Pilok Mine 2 days and 1 night 🏞️⛰️✨
🌧️ this kind of rain can't be thought of anywhere butบ้านอีต่องYong Nong-Meng Pilok, a small village at Thong Pha Phum District, an old village with many stories.
🏞️ of the past was very prosperous. Pewter, Wolframe, Tungeset, and gold ore lines were discovered. The Ministry of Industry opened a mining business in 1940, and there were many small mines. Later, when the price of ore fell around the world, the mining business stagnated and closed. Today, the Pilock mine is left with a legend.
🚗 we're heading to Pilock, and there's a little bit of a stop and a sign, and there's a lot of tourists here, and it's a public corner.
The ⛰️ way up to the village is quite winding, turning around the car. The village said that 399 curves. It is an uphill road with some steep stretches. But the road is now quite good. Because it has made a new road. It is very comfortable to drive. The atmosphere is very good. The open window drive is very good. ☁️
🌳 the first spot we will find is a scenic spot, the Pilog Mine ascent, where you can see the ridge 360 degrees, a pavilion to sit and a bathroom for tourists.
🏡 tonight we will stay at My Home, Pilog Mine. The day of the trip is Friday. We can book for 1,000 baht including breakfast. Here you will keep an eye on it. There is warm water from the gas, candlelight lamps and parking space. Very convenient. Breakfast will be served during 06.00-09 00 am. There is one pan of eggs / person and boiled rice, coffee, cookies. 😋
🚍 At the entrance to the village, we will find Pilog Mines. There is a large pond. The first pond can feed the fish, but the inner pond cannot feed the fish. In the pond there are koi fish, giant tadpoles, and a small waterfall, a plant garden inside. Content lines like us take pictures around. 📸
🪨, we started our day at 9: 00 am. When we finished breakfast, we got a minibus to travel around the village. We started the day at a relatively late time, so it was difficult to gather tourists to travel. We went to deal with other tourists ourselves, who stayed at our hotel and wanted to visit the same place as us, so we got a total of 7 people, two rows of cars to various places: Elephant Hill, Jock Falls, Thai Friendship Channel, Laos, Flag Pole Hill, all 1,200 baht.
💗 end the trip well, we would like to focus on nature, study the culture, history of the places we go, and know that this village is a warm and pleasant village, a place we would like to visit again.

☔️ should go during June to August. In the village there will be fog all day, but it will also rain all day.
👕 at night is quite cool. You should carry warm clothes.
👗 dress very colorful so that you don't have to intersect with the colors of nature too much.
📸, try to find a less-manned photography angle, or have to calm down for a public corner. Tourists will be quite a lot, but for a beautiful picture, we can wait. 😂

🏞️ If you want to watch the sunrise or visit the surrounding places by sitting in two rows, you are advised to wake up at 5: 00 am or 6: 00 am to find a person to ride with us.

ถ้าใครกำลังหาข้อมูล “เหมืองปิล็อก” แล้วอยากไปแบบไม่พลาด เราอยากแชร์ทริคเล็กๆ ที่ช่วยให้ทริปบ้านอีต่อง-เหมืองปิล็อกสบายขึ้น (จากที่เราไปจริงแล้วเจอทั้งหมอก ทั้งฝน และคนเยอะ) 1) ไปช่วงไหนดีให้ได้หมอกแบบคุ้มๆ ส่วนตัวเราว่าช่วงหน้าฝน (ประมาณ มิ.ย.–ส.ค.) หมอกมาแน่ๆ บรรยากาศฟีลหมู่บ้านในเมฆ แต่ต้องทำใจว่า “ฝนตกได้ทั้งวัน” ควรเตรียมเสื้อกันฝน ร่ม และรองเท้ากันลื่นไปเลย ส่วนปลายฝนต้นหนาว (ต.ค.–พ.ย.) บางวันหมอกสวยแต่ไม่การันตี ถ้าไปวันหยุดคนจะเยอะ จุดถ่ายรูปยอดฮิตอย่างป้ายทางไปบ้านอีต่อง/เหมืองปิล็อกอาจต้องต่อคิวรอ 2) ขับ 399 โค้ง ต้องเตรียมตัวยังไง ทางขึ้นคดเคี้ยวจริง แต่ถนนดีขึ้นมาก แนะนำเช็กรถก่อนขึ้นเขา (เบรก ยาง น้ำมันเครื่อง) เติมน้ำมันให้เต็มตั้งแต่อำเภอทองผาภูมิ เพราะด้านบนปั๊มมีจำกัด ระหว่างทางมีจุดชมวิวให้พักสายตา ถ้าใครเมารถ ให้เตรียมยาไว้ และพยายามนั่งหน้า/มองไกลๆ จะช่วยได้เยอะ 3) แพลน 2 วัน 1 คืนแบบไม่รีบจนเกินไป วันแรก: ขับขึ้นเขา แวะจุดชมวิวทางขึ้นเหมืองปิล็อก แล้วเข้าเช็กอินที่พัก (เราเคยนอนแถวนั้นแล้วชอบที่มีน้ำอุ่น) ช่วงเย็นเดินเล่นในหมู่บ้าน หาอะไรร้อนๆ กิน ถ่ายรูปแสงเย็นบริเวณเหมืองเก่า/สระน้ำที่มีปลาคราฟ บรรยากาศดีมาก วันที่สอง: ถ้าจะเหมารถสองแถวไปจุดไฮไลต์อย่างเนินช้างศึก น้ำตกจ๊อกกระดิ่น ช่องมิตรภาพ และเนินเสาธง แนะนำตื่นเช้าไปคุยรวมกลุ่มกับนักท่องเที่ยวคนอื่นตั้งแต่ 05.00–06.00 น. จะหาคนแชร์ค่ารถง่ายกว่า (ถ้าสายมาก บางทีต้องเหมาจ่ายแพงขึ้น) 4) จุดถ่ายรูปที่คนชอบถามหา - ป้ายทางเข้า/ป้ายบอกทางไปบ้านอีต่อง-เหมืองปิล็อก: มุมมหาชน ถ่ายเช้าๆ คนจะน้อยกว่า - จุดชมทิวทัศน์ทางขึ้น: เห็นสันเขาแบบกว้างๆ เหมาะกับรูปวิว - บริเวณเหมืองปิล็อก: สระน้ำ ปลาคราฟ ซากรถบรรทุกเก่า และหินควอตซ์ (ถ่ายออกมาได้ฟีลประวัติศาสตร์เหมือง) - เนินช้างศึก: วิวมุมสูงอลังมาก ลมแรง เตรียมเสื้อกันหนาวบางๆ ไปด้วย 5) ของที่ควรพก (กันพลาด) เสื้อกันฝน/เสื้อกันลม, รองเท้ากันลื่น, ยากันเมารถ, ยากันยุง, เงินสดเผื่อร้านเล็กๆ ในหมู่บ้าน, และเสื้อผ้าโทนไม่จัดมากจะถ่ายกับหมอกและป่าแล้วดูละมุน หวังว่าทริคเหล่านี้จะช่วยให้การไป “เหมืองปิล็อก” ครั้งแรกของทุกคนง่ายขึ้น ได้ทั้งหมอก ได้รูป และเที่ยวครบแบบไม่เหนื่อยเกินไปค่ะ
