A much needed little break 🥰
The shop is almost 100% done. Time to get this house started. Building is very stressful, but I keep telling myself it will be worth it in the end.
Building a new shop and a house simultaneously can be quite the challenge, but it’s also an incredible journey of growth and accomplishment. From my experience, having a clear vision of the end goal helps immensely during stressful moments. I found that breaking down the entire project into manageable steps, like completing the shop first before fully starting the house, made the workload feel less overwhelming. Construction projects test your patience and resilience, especially when unexpected delays or issues arise. It’s important to remind yourself that the stress is temporary and the final outcome will be worth all the effort and sacrifices. Keeping a journal or taking photos throughout the process not only tracks progress but also serves as motivation. Another tip is to build a strong support network of friends, family, or even community groups who have experience in building or renovation. They can offer helpful advice and emotional support. As the new year begins, embracing this fresh chapter by staying positive and focused on progress rather than perfection can truly make all the difference.
