Either everything closed early or closed completely. So not much to do but we're homebodies anyways and we loved our Airbnb.

As we celebrate our first anniversary, it's a perfect time to reflect on the joys and challenges of the past year. From spontaneous adventures to quiet nights in our charming Airbnb, every moment has contributed to our journey together. One high point was discovering delightful local treats, such as the delicious mocha vanilla lavender latte we enjoyed during our stay. Additionally, our search for the best bookstores led us to unique finds, including vintage books that brought back nostalgia and warmth on our long walks. Planning ahead can be a challenge; a key lesson from this year was to check holiday schedules to avoid unexpected closures. Our Easter weekend felt a bit quiet due to early closures, yet it was also a reminder of our love for simply being together at home. We embraced our homebody nature, creating moments of intimacy, laughter, and shared experiences. Reflecting on this year, we've learned the importance of flexibility and cherishing the little things in life. Our wedding has been filled with lively moments and calm evenings, a blend that has strengthened our bond. We look forward to another year of growth, adventure, and love, along with new chapters to write in our journey together.
