The royal initials, B.P.R., in golden yellow, the color of His Majesty's birth day, are in the center of the emblem, bordered with gold on a circular background and surrounded by blue with a smooth, curved, golden yellow frame, which signifies His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great. (King Rama IX) is the center of the hearts of all Thai people.

Above the royal monogram is the number 9, which means the ninth monarch of the Chakri dynasty. The number 9 is located under the Great Crown of Victory, which is an accessory to the royal rank of the King and is a symbol of His Majesty the King.

Next, on the left and right sides of the royal initials, there are golden rice bundles.

which has a seven-tiered white umbrella installed on top. The outermost part is a curved frame with a gold pattern on a green background, which represents the color of the royal birth day. It also means the wealth, prosperity, and peace of the Thai people, which is superior to any other country in the world. Below is the royal initials.

Blue and with a gold scroll pattern, which means the prosperity of Thailand to the utmost under the royal patronage below the seal.

The symbol is a pink ribbon trimmed with gold inscriptions that read: The Royal Ceremony of the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King's 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary, which falls on December 5, 2011.

เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิม พระชนมพรรษา ๗  รอบ

ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่๕ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๔

ซึ่งมีราย ละเอียดดังนี้:

อักษรพระปรมาภิไธย ภ.ป.ร. สีเหลืองทอง

อันเป็นสีประจำวันพระบรมราชสมภพอยู่กลางตราสัญลักษณ์ ขริบรอบตัวอักษรด้วยสีทองบนพื้นวงกลม และมีสีน้ำเงินล้อมรอบด้วยกรอบโค้งเรียบ สีเหลืองทอง ซึ่งมีความหมายว่าพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราชบรมนาถบพิตร อดุลยเดช (ในหลวงรัชกาลที่ ๙)

ทรงเป็นศูนย์รวมดวงใจของคนไทยทั้งชาติ

ด้านบนอักษรพระปรมาภิไธยเป็น เลข ๙

หมายถึง พระมหากษัตริย์พระองค์ที่ ๙

แห่งพระบรมราชจักรีวงศ์

เลข ๙ นั้น อยู่ภายใต้พระมหาพิชัยมงกุฎ อันเป็นเครื่องประกอบพระบรมราชอิสริยยศของพระมหากษัตริย์ และเป็นเครื่องหมายแห่งความเป็นสมเด็จราชาธิราช, ถัดลงมา ด้านข้างซ้าย และ ขวา ของอักษรพระปรมาภิไธย มีสายพุ่มข้าวบิณฑ์สีทอง

ซึ่งมีสัปตปฎลเศวตฉัตร ประดิษฐานอยู่เบื้องบน ด้านนอกสุดเป็นกรอบโค้งมีลวดลายสีทองบนพื้นสีเขียว หมายถึง สีอันเป็นเดชแห่งวันพระบรมราชสมภพ อีกทั้งยัง หมายถึง ความมั่งคั่งอุดม สมบูรณ์และความสงบร่มเย็นของปวงชนชาวไทยที่เหนือประเทศใดๆบนโลก ด้านล่างอักษรพระปรมาภิไธย

เป็นรูปกระต่ายสีขาว กระต่ายนั้นทรงเครื่องอยู่ในลักษณะกำลังก้าวย่าง อันหมายถึง

ปีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนพรรษา ๗ รอบ ตรงกับปีเถาะ(กระต่าย) โดยรูปซึ่งปีกระต่ายเป็นเครื่องหมายแห่งปีนักษัตร กระต่ายอยู่บนพื้นสีน้ำเงิน และมีลายกระหนกสีทอง อันหมายถึงความเจริญรุ่งเรืองของประเทศไทยจนถึงขีดสุด

ภายใต้พระบรมโพธิสมภารเบื้องล่างตราสัญลักษณ์ เป็นแพรแถบสีชมพูขลิบทองเขียนอักษรสีทอง

ความว่า พระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๗ รอบ ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่ ๕ เดือนธันวาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๔
