As a proud military family, moving around frequently can be both challenging and rewarding. After spending three years in Alaska, we returned to Nebraska in March 2025, finding joy in our newly renovated home thanks to my husband’s parents. Currently, we have two incredible pets: Winnie, our adopted corgi, and Charlie, our sweet kitty, who bring endless joy to our lives. Family is everything, and sharing snippets of our journey highlights the love and resilience that bind us together. I believe that even in times of transition, it’s crucial to celebrate the connections we make and the memories we create. It’s amazing how the experiences of military life have equipped us with unique perspectives as we continue to thrive in our civilian life.
