Vegan protein chocolate peanut butter cups

Ingredients:

Vedge plant based protein powder (vanilla ice cream flavor)

Dairy free vanilla flavored yogurt

PB fit powder

Dairy free chocolate chips

Recipe:

- Mix together protein powder and yogurt of your choice. I used 1 scoop of protein powder for 9 cups. I measured with my heart on the yogurt.

- Once that is mixed add them to your baking cups. I placed my baking cups into a muffin tin so that the Reese’s cups would take their shape.

- mix your PB fit and add those on top of the protein and yogurt mixture in your baking cups.

- freeze for 2 hours

- take out of freezer and melt your chocolate chips (again I measured with my heart) once melted add the chocolate to the top of the cups.

- put back into freezer for 30minutes to an hour

- take out, let them thaw a little then enjoy!
