Confetti Protein Cookie 💫✨

I know we hate the protein powder but listen, I think I may have found a solution to mask the flavor of protein and make a good protein cookie, I started by putting 2/3 cup of all purpose flour into a large bowl, along with 1/3 cup of vanilla protein powder, you can use any brand of your choice I use the premier protein. I then take 1/2 cup of sweetener, 1 teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon of salt, 5 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons milk of choice. I mix all of these together with my hand mixer, you can use a spoon either one works fine just don’t over mix. I allow these cookies to bake for about 13 minutes at 3:50, then I allowed them to cool for about 20 minutes. I did put a little bit of sugar free icing I got from target and some sprinkles! I hope you try this and enjoy the recipe.

... Read moreProtein cookies can be a nutritious alternative to traditional desserts, especially for those looking to increase their protein intake. Using vanilla protein powder helps to mask undesirable flavors common in many protein powders. Moreover, customizing your protein cookie with different add-ins like nuts, fruits, or seeds can enhance both texture and flavor. To achieve the best results, ensure your butter is properly melted and your mixer is set on a low speed to avoid over-mixing the dough. Experimenting with sweeteners, such as honey or agave syrup, can also provide different texture and taste profiles. Don’t forget, these cookies can easily satisfy a sweet tooth while adhering to a healthier lifestyle. Share your creations using #healthylifestyle2024 and enjoy your baking journey!
