Yummy healthy baby pasta sauce !
My baby is obsessed with this pasta sauce, I recently made this out of a few foods I know my baby love the taste of, to make this particular pasta you’ll need:
any ground meat of choice, like turkey, chicken or beef.
I have made this recipe with ground beef before my son did really like it but today I make this with ground turkey, followed by a few zucchini slices, carrots, broccoli, canned or fresh tomatoes, and onion. I eyeballed the amount based on what my son likes the most, I also used no salt canned tomatoes. I seasoned everything using:
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- chili powder
- basil
- pesto
after everything is fully cooked blend it in a blender, I use the baby nutribullet but honestly you can use any blender.
I also like to serve this sauce with chopped noodles for my son, I have used penne pasta but he seems to like the chopped noodles so far. I hope your baby enjoy this recipe !

Creating healthy meals for your baby can be a rewarding experience. This baby pasta sauce recipe combines wholesome ingredients, ensuring your child gets essential nutrients while enjoying delicious flavors. Ground turkey is a fantastic source of protein and pairs well with vegetables like zucchini, carrots, and broccoli, which are rich in vitamins and minerals. By using canned or fresh tomatoes, you introduce a tangy sweetness that enhances the overall taste. The seasoning blend of garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, basil, and pesto not only adds flavor but also makes the sauce more appealing to babies. To prepare this easy baby pasta sauce, start by cooking the ground meat of your choice, like turkey or chicken, in a skillet. Once browned, add chopped vegetables and allow them to soften. This is a great opportunity to sneak in extra nutrients! When the mix is tender, blend everything until smooth for that perfect baby-friendly texture. You can also experiment with different pastas; small, chopped noodles are often easier for little hands to manage. This recipe is not just easy to make but is also customizable based on your baby's taste preference. Enjoy mealtime with your little one while feeling confident about serving nourishing food!
