Heatless Curls ❤️
Using a heatless curler is my favorite way to preserve my blowouts. I don’t use it to create the blowout, but I use it to preserve it. I sleep with it on and I also use a silk bonnet, and a silk pillowcase.
❤️I am using the heatless curler by Eternal Muse, jumbo size.
I’ve have used the other ones from Marshalls and T.J. Maxx, but due to my hair being long, I find the jumbo size the best option for me .
❤️Have you guys tried this method??

Like many of you, I'm always on the hunt for ways to get gorgeous curls without frying my hair. That's where heatless curls come in – they're a total game-changer for maintaining healthy hair! My hair is originally straight, so achieving that perfect voluminous, loose curl look without heat used to feel impossible. But with the right heatless hair curler and technique, it's totally achievable, even overnight! If you’re a beginner wondering how to do heatless curls, don’t worry, it’s easier than you think. Start with slightly damp hair, not wet. I usually let my hair air dry about 70-80% after washing. Place your hair curler band (like the Eternal Muse jumbo size discussed in the main post, which is fantastic for longer hair!) on top of your head like a headband. Take small sections of hair, starting from the front, and wrap them away from your face around the rod, adding more hair as you go down. Ensure you wrap gently but firmly enough to hold. Secure the ends with silk scrunchies. Remember, taking your time and being gentle really helps define the curls! For those with originally straight hair seeking more voluminous than curly results, wrapping a bit looser can give you that beautiful bounce. If you're aiming for tighter curls, wrap smaller sections more snugly. I've found that for my loose curl look, I don't use much product, but if you want more hold, a light mousse before wrapping or a texturizing spray after unwrapping can work wonders. Many people ask, do heatless curls damage your hair? Absolutely not! In fact, they protect your strands from the high temperatures that can cause breakage and dryness. It's truly a heat-free hair curls solution. While the main article focuses on a specific heatless curler, there are different methods you can try, like heatless curls with socks or even a robe tie if you're in a pinch and how to curl your hair without a curler is your main question. For best heatless curlers, I personally prefer silk or satin-covered rods as they reduce friction and frizz. The jumbo size is great for long hair or if you want really big, bouncy waves. Consider your hair length and desired curl tightness when picking yours. Sleeping can be a bit tricky at first, but using a silk bonnet and pillowcase (as mentioned in the main post) seriously helps with comfort and keeping everything in place overnight. So, if you're dreaming of beautiful, healthy curls without the heat, diving into the world of overnight heatless curls is definitely worth it. It’s a fantastic way to wake up with salon-worthy hair every day!
