「暖房器具の電気代」って、同じ“暖かさ”でも選び方と使い方で体感の出費がかなり変わります。私も最初は「エアコンが一番安いでしょ？」と思っていたのですが、1時間あたりで比べると“局所を暖める系”が強いんですよね。ここではランキングの数字を踏まえつつ、迷いがちな「どれを選ぶ？」と「どう使う？」を補足します。まず、就寝時や一人時間の冷え対策なら、電気毛布（約1.6円/時間）＋部屋は無理に全体を暖めない、がいちばん家計に優しかったです。布団に入る30分前だけON→寝る時は弱め、みたいに“必要な時間だけ”にするとさらにムダが減ります。次に、家族でリビングに長時間いる日は、こたつ（約2.2円/時間）が強い。体が温まるので、部屋の設定温度を上げすぎなくて済むのがポイントです。床冷えがつらい家だとホットカーペット（約9.9円/時間）も満足度が高いです。足元が暖まるだけで体感温度が上がるので、結果的にほかの暖房の稼働時間を減らしやすい印象でした。一方で「部屋全体を長時間暖めたい」なら、やっぱりエアコン（約15.5円/時間）がメイン候補。電気代を抑えるコツは、(1)フィルター掃除、(2)サーキュレーターで空気を回す、(3)風向きを下向き、(4)自動運転を基本にする、の4つ。体感ではこれだけで“効き”が変わります。ファンヒーターの電気代も気になりますよね。セラミックファンヒーター（約37.2円/時間）は、狭い場所を短時間だけ暖める“スポット用途”なら便利ですが、長時間運転だとコストが跳ねやすいです。石油ファンヒーターは「電気代」だけで見ると安そうに見えますが、実際は灯油代込みの光熱費（約20.56円/時間）で考えるのが大事。灯油価格が上がると印象より高くなることもあります。最後に、選び方の目安を一言でまとめると、・一人/就寝：電気毛布・家族で長時間：こたつ・床冷え：ホットカーペット・部屋全体：エアコン・短時間スポット：セラミックファンヒーターこんな感じ。暖房は“最安の1台”を探すより、生活シーンで組み合わせる方が電気代は下がりやすいです。
