私が「天満 中華」で探して辿り着いたのが天満天神飯店。結論、料理の満足度が高くて“また行きたい”がすぐ来るお店でした。店内はカウンター越しに調理のライブ感を楽しめる雰囲気で、出来立てが運ばれてくるたびにテンションが上がります。 まず外せないのが、看板級のカニの餡掛けチャーハン。炒飯がふわっと軽いのに香ばしく、そこにとろっとろの蟹餡がたっぷり絡むタイプ。濃すぎないのに旨みが強くて、レンゲが止まりません。「白米10杯いける…」みたいな表現、盛ってると思ってたけど、これは確かに“米が進む系”です。 季節限定で楽しみにしてほしいのが牡蠣麻婆（牡蠣の麻婆豆腐）。山椒の痺れと辛さがしっかりあるのに、牡蠣のミルキーな旨みがぶつからずに同居してるのがすごい。牡蠣がゴロゴロ入っていて、熱々のまま食べると香りも含めて中毒性やばすぎるやつ。辛いのが苦手な人は、最初にお店の方に辛さの相談をすると安心です。 もう一品頼むなら牡蠣の唐揚げもおすすめ。衣はサックサクで、中はジューシー。麻婆とは方向性が違う“牡蠣の旨み”を楽しめるので、牡蠣好きならセットで満足度が跳ねます。 行き方はJR大阪天満宮駅・扇町駅から徒歩圏内で、天満エリアの飲みの流れにも組み込みやすい立地。人気店なので、特に週末や牡蠣の時期は予約しておくとスムーズでした。カード決済OKですが、電子マネーやQR決済は使えない日もあるので念のため現金もあると安心。 「天満中華料理」で迷っているなら、まずはカニの餡掛けチャーハン＋牡蠣麻婆の組み合わせから。初回でこの2つを押さえると、この店の強さが一発で分かると思います。
