天満で「中華料理どこ行く？」ってなった時、私が真っ先に思い出すのが天満天神飯店。いわゆる“町中華”の安心感もあるのに、出てくる料理が一段上で、初回から記憶に焼き付くタイプでした。 まず行く前に知っておきたいのが、ここはカウンターメイン＆キッチンワンオペという点。混む日は料理の提供に少し時間がかかることもあるので、せっかくなら「今日は中華をゆっくり楽しむ日」って気持ちで行くのが満足度高いです。私は早めの時間帯に予約して、最初の1杯を飲みながら待つ流れが一番しっくりきました。 料理は何を頼んでも外しにくい印象ですが、個人的に“沼確定”だったのは炒飯系。パラッパラに仕上げた炒飯に、とろっとろの餡が合わさると、スプーンが止まらない…。「香りだけで勝ち」ってこういうことか、と実感します。海老マヨもプリップリで、甘さとコクが強すぎず、箸休めにならない箸休め（＝ずっと食べたい）でした。 初めての人向けの頼み方としては、 ・炒飯（餡がかかる系があればそれ優先） ・海老マヨ ・その日のおすすめ（壁メニューがあれば要チェック） みたいに、食感が違うものを組み合わせると満足感が出やすいです。2人で行くならシェア前提で品数を増やすのもおすすめ。 アクセスは大阪天満宮駅・扇町駅から徒歩3分、天満駅からでも徒歩圏内。天満の路地裏は似た景色が多いので、初回は時間に余裕を持って向かうと安心でした。支払いはカードOKだけど、電子マネーとQR決済は不可なのでそこだけ注意。 「天満で中華料理、どこが当たり？」って聞かれたら、私は迷わずここを推します。癖になる味って本当にあって、食べ終わった後にまた予約の電話をしたくなる感覚、久々に味わいました。
