It’s my first visit to harts salon and i didn’t expect to leave feeling this reassured 🤍
i went in not really knowing what suited me — my hairstyle has been the same for years and it was starting to feel flat, is dry/frizzy, and i had no idea what colour or style to go for.
Alicia (my hairstylist) was honestly so patient and thoughtful throughout. she did a quick colour analysis for me (turns out i’m somewhere between neutral–cool toned) and suggested a chestnut brown that would complement my skin tone better.
i also mentioned i wanted to try bangs but was scared it wouldn’t suit me — and she adjusted it in a way that i can still sweep it to the sides if i don’t love it. that made such a difference because it didn’t feel like a “commitment” decision!
