旅行に出かける前に、家の中を少し整えておくと、帰宅後のストレスが大幅に減ります。私自身も長期の旅行前に洗濯槽のクリーニングをしておく習慣があります。液体洗濯槽クリーナーを使い、普段は見落としがちな洗濯機内部のカビや汚れをしっかり落とすことで、帰ってから大量の洗濯物を処理するときに嫌なニオイがしません。温度が60°Cほどのお湯をかけてから洗浄剤を使う方法が特に効果的だと感じています。 また、冷蔵庫の中身を減らしてアルコールで拭き掃除をしておくことで、食品の腐敗やニオイの混ざりを防止できます。特に旅行中に冷蔵庫内に湿気がこもりがちなので、通気を よくしたり、不要な物はあらかじめ食べきることがおすすめです。 さらに、排水口には生ゴミ受けをポリ袋に入れてゴミを密封し、空気を抜いてしばることで害虫の侵入と悪臭を防止。帰省や旅行で長期間家を空ける場合は、このひと手間が意外と大きな効果を生みます。 これらの準備をサッと済ませておくだけで、帰宅後の洗濯や荷ほどきで疲弊する心身が大分軽くなります。ズボラでも簡単にできるので、次の旅行前にぜひ試してみてくださいね。
