私も先日、三宮駅内にオープンした「花梨麻婆飯店阪急三宮店」へ足を運びました。元5つ星の中華シェフが監修していると聞いて期待大だったのですが、実際に食べてみると辛さの中にもしっかりとした旨みがあとから追いかけてくる、まさに人生No.1の麻婆豆腐に感じました。また、今回のイベントで500円で提供されるのは100食限定で、普段は1000円前後なのでかなりの割安感です。場所は三宮駅の阪急オアシス店地下1階のキッチンマーケット内でアクセスも抜群。しかも営業時間は11時から21時までで定休日なし、支払い方法も現金から電子マネーまで幅広く対応しています。個人的には、麻婆豆腐の辛さが好きな方はもちろん、辛いものが苦手な方も後味の旨みが強いため、一度食べてみる価値があります。神戸の中華街本店は連日満席とのことで、それが認められた味だと納得しました。ぜひこの機会に神戸三宮駅内の花梨麻婆飯店へ足を運び、元5つ星シェフ監修の本格派四川麻婆豆腐を味わってみてはいかがでしょうか。
