Bible verse of the day

Psalm 139:18-"If I would count them, they are more than the sand. I awake, and I am still with you"

This verse highlights the fact that God is with us always. God is with us early in the morning, in the afternoon, at evening, and late at night when we are sleeping. God is constantly with us and watching over us at all times. With God we will always have constant, faithful companionship. When we awake God is with us. When we sleep God is with us.

This imagery not only expresses the infinite number of God’s care and attention but also reminds me that no matter where I am or what time it is, I am never truly alone. In my personal experience, recognizing God’s companionship "when I awake" and throughout the day has helped me face challenges with more confidence and peace. For example, during stressful situations at work or moments of loneliness in the evening, I recall this verse and feel reassured that God is watching over me. Embracing this divine presence encourages me to start each day with gratitude and faith, knowing that I have a constant friend who walks alongside me through every high and low. It inspires mindfulness and reflection—acknowledging God’s watchful care from the moment I open my eyes until I rest at night. Incorporating this understanding into daily life can improve mental and spiritual well-being. By trusting in God’s faithful companionship as described in Psalm 139:18, we enhance our sense of belonging and resilience. Whether sharing this verse with others or meditating on it alone, the message remains a powerful source of comfort and strength.
